Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Reputa Score (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including any games, tournaments, purchases, or rewards — is lawful where you live. Features involving entry fees, prize pools, or payouts are void where prohibited and may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions.

The Service operates within, and is dependent on, the Pi Network ecosystem. Reputa Score is an independent, community-built project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Pi Core Team or Pi Network.

2. Definitions

• Reputa Score: the algorithmic reputation metric (0–1000), trust level, and risk signals generated for a wallet from public blockchain data.
• RP (Reputa Points): the app's virtual economy unit used for purchases, games, and premium features.
• RS / points: reputation and engagement values used for ranking, leaderboards, and progression.
• Virtual Items: RP, points, badges, NFTs/collectibles, premium usernames, mining/staking yields, memberships, and similar in-app assets.
• Content: anything you submit, including reviews, feedback, images, and text.

3. Nature of the Service

Reputa Score is an analytical and entertainment tool. It evaluates the reliability of digital wallets on the Pi Network using publicly available blockchain data, and provides gamified engagement features (points, games, collectibles, leaderboards, and more).

• All scores, reports, and signals are provided for informational purposes only and are generated by automated analysis. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
• Scores are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate due to blockchain latency, network changes, or the limits of public data. A score is not a verdict on any person's character or intentions.
• The Service may analyze any wallet address you submit, including wallets you do not own, using only public ledger data. You are responsible for how you use the resulting information (see Section 9).

4. Accounts & Authentication

Access requires authentication through the Pi Network (Pi OAuth), which shares limited identifiers with us (see the Privacy Policy). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts, or accessing another person's account, is prohibited. We are non-custodial: we never request, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or passphrase, and we will never ask you for them.

5. Virtual Items & Points Economy

The Service includes a virtual economy (RP, points, badges, NFTs/collectibles, premium usernames, mining, staking, memberships, and rewards). You agree that:

• Virtual Items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use inside the app — they are not sold to you, and you do not own them as property.
• Virtual Items are not legal tender, currency, securities, or financial instruments, carry no guaranteed monetary value, and are generally non-transferable outside the mechanisms we provide.
• RP (Reputa Points) are strictly non-tradeable and non-convertible. RP cannot be sold, traded, cashed out, or exchanged for any fiat currency (such as US dollars, euros, or other government-issued money), for cryptocurrency, or for anything of real-world monetary value. RP exists solely as an in-app utility unit and has no value outside the app.
• We may, at our reasonable discretion, adjust, rebalance, expire, suspend, or revoke Virtual Items and economy rules — for example to fix bugs, prevent abuse, or evolve the product. Balances may change accordingly.
• Any "value," yield, boost, or reward figure shown in the app is an in-app game mechanic, not a promise of real-world value.

References to reputation or "on-chain" activity do not make Virtual Items a cryptocurrency or a claim against us or any third party.

6. Purchases & Payments

Certain features (e.g. RP packages, VIP/VVIP membership, premium usernames, tickets) may be purchased using Pi cryptocurrency or by spending RP, processed through the Pi Network payment flow. By making a purchase you authorize the applicable charge.

• Because digital items are delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated (for example, an automatic tournament refund — see Section 7).
• Prices, package contents, and membership benefits may change at any time. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for amounts sent to incorrect addresses or losses caused by the Pi Network or your wallet.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases or rewards.

7. Games, Tournaments & Rewards

The Arcade offers skill-based games, seasons, and tournaments (including the "Grand Prix"), some with entry fees paid in RP and prize pools distributed in RP.

• Games are provided for entertainment. Outcomes and rewards are determined and verified on our servers, which are the sole authoritative record. Displayed odds, prizes, and totals are indicative and may change.
• Where a tournament has a minimum-participation threshold and it is not met, entry fees are refunded automatically as described in the app at the time of entry.
• Participation may be restricted by age, region, or eligibility rules, and is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for confirming that entering is lawful for you.
• We may disqualify entries, withhold rewards, and reverse balances obtained through cheating, automation, exploits, collusion, multiple accounts, or any breach of these Terms.

8. Referrals, Ambassador & Payouts

The Service may offer referral rewards, an ambassador/contest program, and, at our discretion, payouts of certain rewards (which may be sent to your wallet via the Pi Network). You agree that:

• Rewards are discretionary, promotional, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abuse are prohibited and will void rewards.
• Payouts, where offered, are subject to eligibility, verification, anti-fraud checks, minimum thresholds, and the technical constraints of the Pi Network. We may delay, withhold, or cancel a payout we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, mistaken, or unlawful.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Use reputation data or any output to harass, defame, dox, threaten, discriminate against, or otherwise unethically target any person;
• Manipulate, game, or falsify scores, rankings, rewards, or the economy, or exploit bugs;
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automation, or create multiple accounts, to gain an advantage;
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or algorithms, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or Virtual Items without our written consent.

10. User Content

You may submit content such as reviews, feedback, and images. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use it to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

• You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
• Do not submit private keys, passwords, other people's personal data, or unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. Uploaded images may be stored on publicly accessible URLs.
• We may review, moderate, or remove content, but are not obligated to, and are not responsible for content submitted by users.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the "Reputa Score" name, branding, logos, source code, designs, models, and algorithms are the exclusive property of the Service operator or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and links to third parties (including the Pi Network, the Stellar/Pi blockchain and Horizon nodes, hosting and infrastructure providers, and market-data sources). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, Virtual Items, or crypto assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or its equivalent). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by law or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and any Virtual Items may be forfeited without compensation. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, technology, or law. We will update the "Last Updated" date, and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice within the app where practicable. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by generally accepted principles of international commercial and consumer law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence provides you stronger protections that cannot be waived.

Informal resolution first: before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at reputa.score@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive participation in class or representative actions. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.

19. General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain, network, or infrastructure outages.
